A top international official is calling for the criminal prosecution of top members of the Bush administration for torture and other war crimes.

Dick Cheney is the type of guy to skip ahead to the ear slicing scene in Reservoir Dogs and then laugh the whole way through.  Nothing would make me happier than to see him prosecuted.

He should be rotting in prison. Instead, he gets to steal my tax dollars for his new heart.
